Projects portlets in Labs 2.0

In Labs 2.0 there is a new model of handling projects and portlets, which are used on project pages. Some main points:

• for each portlet, that is on any page of project, a new instance is created (in portal)

• this instance has a portlet preference, projectId, which is the id of the project, to which this portlet is assigned; so the way of reading the "current" projectId changes

• each portlet useable on project pages must have a nice name, for example matching this template: projectidPortletnameInstance, so it would be jbossasDownloadsInstance, jbossejb3WikiInstance etc. This is to make the portlets easily recognizable by normal people, who would want to add them to their "My .ORG" page
