Testing on other clients for basic POP and SMTP

We need to test on a number of mail clients for POP and SMTP.

Status

Working on it -[Acoliver|DOC-9053]

We could always use some help but I'm satisified that we have things correct enough.

Notes

• MozillaMail OS X - Good - sends and receives pretty nicely.

• Thunderbird OS X - Good - same as MozillaMail in my testing, weird bug with appledouble ecode (see http://avencius.abaddon.nl/ - probably a bug in Thunderbird not MS4JB)

• Entourage - Good (with head)

• OutlookExpress - Good with version 6 in head

• Outlook - Good with version XP - sends and receives nicely
