Kicking off deployed EJB

I am using the hot deploy mechanism of JBoss. Once the application has been deployed I would like a method within my application to run (without the use of a separate application or client). Is this possible? Cheers

You have two options.
An MBean or a servlet that does an init()
with load on startup
