CMP is slower than BMP why?

Hi all,

we are running a test on single cmp and bmp ejb, both implementing same methods. our test results show, CMP is twice faster than BMP on first hit, there after on 2nd, 3rd ... hits, CMP gets atleat 5 times slower than BMP, did anybody experience this or know why?

Env:
JBOSS 3 with commit option "A" for both CMP / BMP

I think this was a bug that was recently fixed in 3.2 (CVS).

Does setting

<list-cache-max>0</list-cache-max>


Fix it?
