According to the spec they should not access the file system.
You can load resources from the classloader.

I just want to get the working directory of my webapplication. Hardcoding it into the sourcecode isn't a very good solution. Is there any possibility to use the working path ../server/default/deploy/...
as an attribute. I want to use the basic Path in my EJB-implementation.
Is there any possibity to get the information to work without coding a full source path in my java code? -

well I didn't get it with the Context solution. But I configure the path now by reading text file.
Now it is working.
