Unable to passivate due to ctx lock

I get the following error in my jboss, while trying to save data to the mysql
database:

WARN [org.jboss.ejb.plugins.AbstractInstanceCache] Unable to passivate due to ctx lock,

(followed by the id of the entity bean primarykey )

jboss 3.2.3, mysql 4.0
please help

I get follow exceptions when deploy the application i JBOSS:
