[ServiceController] Problem starting service jboss.j2ee:jndi

Deploy the entity Bean ,the jboss AS print the infomation:

[ServiceController] Problem starting service jboss.j2ee:jndiName=ejb/User,service=EJB java.lang.NullPointerException

How to deal with this problem????
