A strange problem.help!!!!!

I have a (jsp) page enbedded with a JavaBean whose method create HTML segment of :

i want to use it everywhere date needed to be selected in my project .

but,

it have pass compiling and deploying , but when the page is call, the output above don't appeare in the place where it should,

but in top of page, even beyond the ...,

I'm tired with suffering from this strange problem,

but this code is runing well on Weblogic Server 6.1 where I migrate to Jboss3 w/tomcat4.
