How to compile modified jsp only in Linux?

Hi all,
I can compile modified jsp only in Windows, but it does not work in Linux, it always compile all jsps. That wastes a lot of time.
How can I solve it?
Can any one help me?

Jasper compares the timestamp on the .jsp files with the timestamp on the .class files produced from them.

Compare these timestamps and work out why the .jsp files are always more recent than the .class files.

Perhaps you are running across a nfs and your servers time is different from your clients.
