re-compiled servlet notification

I am using JBoss web-server as a windows-service, and every time I make a change in the servlet the only thing that activates the new compilation is restarting of the service.

Is there a way to notify the server to reload the class?

you should be able to touch the directory, war or web.xml and have the thing reload.
