Installation : Apache + JBoss stand-alone

Hi Guys,

Is it possible to link Apache with the stand alone distribution of JBoss, I mean without using JBoss/Tomcat build?

JBoss is fully functional without Tomcat.
The standard distro embeds the Jetty webcontainer (http://jetty.mortbay.org).
Jetty has an AJP Listener for connection to Apache.

The JBoss/Tomcat distro is just provided for people who have a preference for Tomcat, in which it replaces Jetty.

So, in brief, YES.
