ive noticed that JBOSS 3.2.1 with embedded tomcat is clearing out its work directory when I restart the server and recompiling all my jsps the first time I visit them rather than only compiling them when they have changed. Obviously this is making my application run very slow.
Can someone tell me how to stop this happening
