1. Re: Mapping Servlet, got class not found error

More information:
beans.TestServlet.class can be found in the /build/bean directory, along with other classes in the same packages. Classes in the same package are used in .jsp files and all of them work fine.
Did I miss something in web.xml or my build.xml?
Thanks! -

<web-app> <display-name>package-web</display-name> <servlet> <servlet-name>TestServlet</servlet-name> <servlet-class>beans.TestServlet</servlet-class> </servlet> <servlet-mapping> <servlet-name>TestServlet</servlet-name> <url-pattern>/TestServlet</url-pattern> </servlet-mapping> </web-app>

Hello Red Tulip,
I see a small discrepancy between the class name beans.TestServlet and the directory name where it is located.
Maybe here's a typo but shouldn't the
beans.TestServlet
class be in a folder named
/build/beans ?
Ciao,
