JSTL libraries in a common directory

Hi

Is there a way of putting jstl.jar and common.jar NOT in WAR's /WEB-INF/lib, but somewhere in the application server directory structure? I tried (with no luck):

jboss3.2.6/lib
jboss3.2.6/server//lib
jboss3.2.6/server//deploy/jbossweb-tomcat50.sar

Jupp, having the same problem with JBoss4.0.1. (Using jstl.jar and standard.jar).
