Trying to port webapp from Weblogic 8.x to JBoss

I am new to JBoss and I am trying to port a Weblogic app. to JBoss. I checked out the following site: http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=FoeDeployerService. Not very useful since I was not able to download the FoeDeployer and try it out. Does any one know of a comprehensive web site with detailed information on the porting. Any help is greatly appreciated.
