Is it possible to dynamic create topic like createTopic?

Is there any trick that my application can dynamic create topic like TopicSession.createTopic() do ?

Yes, I buy it and scan throught it, but not find relevant topic, all example get Topic from JNDI. Can you give me more hint of where to read?
