NoClassDefFoundError

I haved a deployed an mbean that invokes a start() method from a class that is outside of the JBoss environment upon invoking the start() method in the JMX-Console the JBoss servers logs "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError.....", practically this should be possible. But did I forgot something? or did something wrong?

It's not clear what you are doing.

Did you deploy the class that is not found?
