How to config Minimal Server with hot deploy?

I am going to config Minimal Server (run -c minimal) with hot deploy. Any idears?

The url at the bottom of
server/minimal/conf/jboss-service.xml
is incorrect.
It should be the same as the one in
server/default/conf/jboss-service.xml
