missing scheduler-plugin.jar in JBOSS 4.0.4 GA (ejb3.0)

Does anyone know why in JBOSS 4.0.4 GA the sceduler-plugin.jar is missing?

I'm guessing this is because for the EJB 3.0 install, GA uses Quartz for scheduling. That's just a guess since I never used the JBoss scheduler, only Quartz.
