ConnectionFactoryLoader strikes again

Seems we're back where we started this morning. The ConnectionFactoryLoader is missing and the startup order is wrong again.

Jason split up jbosscx.sar into a jar and an xml file last night. Are you sure you are up to date on cvs? I just did an update and clean and build and DefaultDS and NoTransDS start fine. If you are still having problems be more specific.

Resolved with latest build. I must have picked it up at the wrong time.
