deployment problem in jboss3.0 rc1

Well i was using jboss3.0 alpha.Ideploy in c:\jboss3alpha\deploy\hello.jar
It works fine
Same jar file i am deploying in
C:\jboss3z\server\default\deploy\hello.jar is making no effect
Please help where i am wrong
