adrian.brock Jun 20, 2002 3:30 PM (in response to dshaul)jboss-service.xml replaces jboss.conf
but you can also add your *-service.xml to the deploy
directory if you want to be able to "hot-deploy"
services.

rhyschiu Jun 21, 2002 1:26 AM (in response to dshaul)Hi, does jboss.conf have the same function as jboss.jcml? i'm using jboss.jcml in my projects too and can't upgrade to jboss 3.0 'coz of the jcml file. Thanks!
And what do you mean hot deploy?

kristom Jun 21, 2002 3:12 AM (in response to dshaul)As far as I have figured it out, simply drop a *-services.xml (e.g. data sources/pools) file in your deploy folder, and it gets deployed. Remove the file, and it is undeployed on-the-fly. Change it, save, and it is instantly changed. Looks quite cool, actually.
