racepace Oct 22, 2002 10:23 PM (in response to mycareer)You can download an opentool for Jbuilder on http://sourceforge.net/projects/jboss-opentool/
I use the jboss-opentool-JB7 version which works well. -

gwoodward Nov 6, 2002 8:27 PM (in response to mycareer)I highly recommend the JBoss/JBuilder tools made freely available by Protegra at: http://www.protegra.com/javagroup.html. One tool lets you deploy to JBoss from within JBuilder; another tools configures a JBuilder project so you can run JBoss within JBuilder. I routinely run JBoss within JBuilder, setting breakpoints within my EJB's, etc. Both tools work with JBuilder 7 and JBoss 3.x.

7. Re: how to integrate jboss3.x & jbuilder7???
zartc Nov 8, 2002 4:40 PM (in response to mycareer)BUT Protegra's JBoss/JBuilder tools consider JBoss as an EJB container only, i.e. it doesn't activate JSP/Servlet functions. I don't know if it's on purpose or not (or if I screw something somewhere) but it means that you (at least me) can't deploy a Servlet/JSP to JBoss.

8. Re: how to integrate jboss3.x & jbuilder7???
80monkey Dec 20, 2002 3:46 AM (in response to mycareer)As far as now,there only 2 ways:
1jHere is a resource: http://Sourceforge.net/projects/jboss-opentool
download the opentool(1.0beta)C
Copy the .jar file to : {jb7home}/lib/ext/ directory, then restart jb7,it'll be OK.
Note:this tool can support EJB/Jsp&servlet B
2jYou also can download a tool from www.protegra.com/javagroup.html.
But this tool may be cause some problem, and only support EJB now.
Of course,u can use different server in JBFj
Wish it can help u!
