jboss-3.0.6 will not Shutdown.jar

I have been running jboss-3.0.2 through (now) jboss-3.0.6 on my Mandrake linux 2.4.18 box. When I installed the 3.0.6 version it will not shutdown properly. When I run the Shutdown.jar it prints out the messages that it shutdown properly but the jvm is still running. Something broke between 3.0.5 and 3.0.6. Just wanted to let everybody know. Oh. I am using java 1.4.1_01.

A workaround seems to be to give the shutdown script a dummy password.
