Can not compile JBoss-Tomcat bundle from 3.2.0 src

I need org.apache.catalina.util.xml.*
to compile it .
Where to find it? it is not in the Tomcat distribution.

Please ignore this question. I should work in tomcat41 instead of catalina directory.
