Warn messages in server.log, what do they mean?

Hi all, I've been seeing a lot of the following WARN messages in my server.log file each time Jboss gets restarted. And it usually takes several attempts to get Jboss restarted, any ideas what the following messages mean?:

2003-06-23 08:35:20,542 WARN [org.jboss.ejb.EjbModule] you are using deprecated
      JRMPContainerInvoker. Please change to org.jboss.proxy.ejb.ProxyFactory

      2003-06-23 10:28:58,061 WARN [org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentInfo] Not deleting
localUrl, it is null or not a copy: file:/opt/wgen-3p/.version/jboss-3.0.6/serv

      thanks.
