ERROR [NamingServeice] Could not connect to port 1099

I m getting error as namingservice couldnot connect to port 1099.
When i changed port no to -1 or 1200 .it showed no error and jboss staeted successfully.
But when i run client as
ant run.client_41a then no output comes.
help me!!!!!!
