dataTable : the number of current line

I use a rich:dataTable and I would like to have the number of the current line.
Is it possible ?

use rowIndex attribute

there is no rowIndex attribute on rich:dataTable.

is this an implicit attribut ?

sorry.. my fault.. rowKeyVar - proper attribute to get something like

<rich:dataTable rowKeyVar="rowKey">

<h:column>
<h:outputText value="#{rowkey}">
....
