      Hi,
We are using Jboss server 3.2.0 in production server now. We have about 10 remote applications that have jbossall-client.jar that shipped with this version.
Now we plan to upgrade the server to version 3.2.3.

Do we need to re-deploy the new client jar on all client machines ?
Will there be any performance issue if we use the old client jar on clients ?

Is there any better mechanism so that client can always get the new jars from server whenever server is upgraded ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

      Regards

            Hi,
            Thanks for your reply.

We have two production servers, say server A and server B. Both are used for different production applications. Both servers now use jboss 3.2.0 version.

There is one client application that connects to both servers. Other client apps. only use either server A or B.

What will happen if we only upgrade one of the app. servers ? Can this client application then connect to both servers (one server running on Jboss 3.2.0 and other server running on Jboss 3.2.3) ?
Which version of jboss client jars should we use for this kind of scenario ?

Can we do some changes/settings on the client so that we do not have to upgrade both Jboss servers till it is necessary ?

            Please advise.

            Regards
            Mandar
