Install EJB Container _ONLY_

I am a newbie ;)

Can anybody tell me if I can only install JBOSS without the web container? All I need are JMS and EJBs

The web container in Jboss is only a service. I think that u can simply delete the "jbossweb-tomcat41.sar" (or something like this) in ur JBOSS_HOME\server\default\deploy.

In the deploy dir, remove subdirectories except "jms". All the others are web or web based layers (and some protocol adapters).
