ScrollableDataTable and disappearing headers

When you rerender a scrollableDataTable with Ajax, the headers disappear. Is there a solution to the problem?

I was advised to use the 3.2.0-SNAP-SHOT that the problem was solved in that version. I did but the problem is still there.

I am still waiting for a fix from the Richfaces Developers. I hope there will be a fix in the next release.
