Unable to install JBoss on Windows Millenium Edition

I am unable to install JBoss on Windows Millenium Edition. When i run the run.bat file, the server is not starting. Unable to start the server.
I am doing the same procedure has i have done on Windows 2000. In windows 2000 i am able to install and start jboss successfully. But Millenium is giving a problem. Any extra things needs to be taken care. Does JBoss support Windows Millenium Edition.

Can anybody help me out.

Is your JAVA_HOME set correctly?

In any case, a "it does not work" message idoes not allow anybody to help you. Please post the messages which appear in your console.
