JBoss start up priblem stucked at Jk running ID=0 time=0/201

could not started the JBoss server, i am using JBoss 3.2.5 verion.
Ihave copied EAR file in my appliaction folder, modified oracle-ds.xml ,standardjaws.xml
Please someone help in this regard
