Please help me find where error is coming from

when I click setupwin32.exe a little time later this problem is coming.

We don't have much experience with the installer so far, so I'll I can say is that this looks like a previous installation is corrupted and is causing this error. Try uninstalling/removing all files and rerunning the install.
