I am working on migrating an application from WEBSPHERE server to JBOSS server. Right now I am manually converting websphere descriptors to JBOSS descriptors. I would like to know
1) Is it right way to do it?
2) Is there any automated tool for converting "Websphere" to "JBoss" descriptors?
3) What is the Ideal approach for the same?
