Unable to view the left Navigation frame of web-console

Hello,

I installed the JBoss App server 4.0.1 on windows.
I started the run.bat and was trying to view the web-console. The left navigation frame is empty and when i do a mouseover, i see this

load: class org.jboss.console.navtree.AppletBrowser not found.

Am I missing any files?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is you web browser configured to use the Java plug in from Sun?
