Could someone please point me in to a location where I can download
the .jar file that contains org.jboss.hibernate.session.HibernateContext.

It is situated in your jbosss-hibernate.jar/hibernate.jar which are both located in your default/lib directory. That is of course if you are using jboss4.x/4.x.x... If not, download hibernate from the www.hibernate.org. All the jars you require can be aquired from there.
