How to upgrade the version of Hypersonic in Jboss ?

Is it possible to update the version of Hypersonic in Jboss from 1.7.1 to 1.7.3 ?

Replace the hsqldb.jar from jboss-x.x.x\server\xxx\lib

Though Hypersonic is not production level database and is not recommended for production.
