No properties file: users.properties or defaults

Hi,

I installed "jboss-portal-2.0-RC2-jboss-4.0.2". Then I run it and got the following exception:

12:18:01,187 ERROR [UsersRolesLoginModule] Failed to load users/passwords/role files
java.io.IOException: No properties file: users.properties or defaults: defaultUsers.properties found

What is the solution for this?
