how to configure remote exception logging on ejb calls?

hi

does anyone know how i can configure on jboss 4.0.x to log occuring exceptions sent to an ejb client? i do not want to catch exceptions in every ejb call to log it manually before propagating the exception to the client, however i do want to have possible exceptions in the log4j logfile.

i am sure there must be a simple way to achieve this... any hints warmly welcome, thanx

you can configure this in the file:

$JBOSS_HOME/server/default/conf/standardjboss.xml

by setting call-logging to true, such as:

<container-configuration>
<container-name>...</container-name>
<call-logging>true</call-logging>
