Running JBoss from a CD

Hi, is there any way to run JBoss from a CD?
Does anyone know a HowTo for that?
Anyone tried this before?

Your first task will be to make sure JBoss does not need to write to disk.

Thx, a Tomcat only solution would also be great, but i prefer JBoss :-)
