Form values are getting inserted if submitted from Modal Pan

Hi There,
I am trying to submit a form from a richmodal panel which has more than 3 tabs on it, when i click submit, its not even calling the method which i mentioned in action button,

Please suggest me,

In your backing bean include getters/setters for inviteEmail and write a method inviteUser.
