ERROR: invalid console appender config detected

I am trying to migrate an application from Weblogic to Jboss and anytime i try to start Jboss it starts giving this error"
ERROR: invalid console appender config detected, console stream is looping"
Pls what can i do

Have a good look at your log4j.xml configuration (/server/{your_version/conf}) Your message sais it all, there's a loop in writing text to the console. If you can't find it by yourself, post your log4j config here, of replace the current configuration with an out-of-the-box version
