how to deploy process archive in jboss jbpm 3.0

i have done all the steps as in JBoss jBPM Graphical Process Designer but i could not deploy it in jboss jbpm 3.0.
i have seen jboss jbpm user guide but not clearly written the steps.
any body can help me in this regard.

I guess this a wrong forum! Answer for this can be found at jbpm forum.
If you are using eclipse just right click on your .par proecss and select deploy process archieve. (Remember your server should be running before that)
