JEMS Installer?

If trying to download JBoss 4.0.5, what's the difference between downloading the JEMS Installer that installs 4.0.5, and downloading from the following link?

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=22866&package_id=16942&release_id=456223

Will they result in identical installations?

Pretty much identical installations. Installer has a nice UI that allows you to configure datasource, secure JMX console, etc. Installer also includes ejb3 and JBoss Portal.
