accesing portel by http://companyname.portel

Hi All
I have installed jboss portel+AS bundel on window and also on linux.I can accessing it by using http://ip_adress:portno on window in my LAN but it is not posible with linux machine.And how I can access it by using http://companyname.portel on my local area network(LAN).
Please help me
