Hello,

clustering code *is* free and *will be* free. In fact, anything that is in the CVS is free (well, is LGPL) and any feature that is currently is alpha will be in the final (and yes, for free).

You can fully commit to JBoss now! ;)

LGPL also means that once we put it free it remains free as well as the derivatives of it.
