failover / load balancing

I have setup the farming service with 3.0.4 and W2k but I'm having a problem getting the servers to load balance. I've placed print lines in my JSP's but they always print on one server. The hot deploy is working correctly though. Is there some other configuration that I'm missing?

Is the JSP running in one of the clustered server? If yes, than it is normal (see the forums posts): the invoker will by default optimize and call the local instance.
