MenuBar?

I was wondering if there is something like a menubar component? It seems like it would fall under the toolbar component, but i see no example of how to accomplish this.

What i mean is something like:

Actually, the menuBar in the RF 2.0 was always a toolBar by nature, because it allows to put any stuff to it, but not only the drop down menu.
The menuBar and menu was two different components. We still going to keep this separation.

The dropDownMenu is in our TODO list for the next release. We want to re-factor the previous code we had in RF2.0

I have been told by a reliable source at Exadel that the 3.1 release should be sometime in April, so that it will be before JavaOne.
