There is any rich:DataTable multiple selection example with chex boxes ? How can we implement it ?

Can you give a bit more details about your use case? We may create sample for you.

Yes, rich:dataTable has not selection model feature out-of-the-box. However, it does not mean, you can not have a selection there with some development effort.

The keypoint of the rich:dataTable is ability to show the hierarchical data and having rowspans and colspans.

The future component (let's name it rich:spreadsheet for a while) will have built-in selection support along with other rich feature set unique on the component market

I'm new in Rich Faces and you answer my question. Multiple selection implemented in the dataTable component is a useful feature and table with sortable columns too. At the moment we still continue doing some plummbing...
